6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business, technical, or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
This obligation shall survive termination of services.

9. Third-Party Services

XSPACEWEB may use third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs as part of service delivery.
We are not responsible for failures, outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • XSPACEWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service

11. “AS IS” Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free delivery, or specific business results.

12. Termination

XSPACEWEB may suspend or terminate services if:

Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain payable.
